    Default The Little Shelf

Partner away, nothing important to do, so made a little shelf (hinted at for two or three years) to go in the corner of the laundry to hold a few bottles of everyday products.

I had a 1 metre length of 140 x 19 DAR pine, so measured and cut it into two 280mm uprights and a 440mm shelf. Glued and screwed it together with a 440mm piece of 42 x 19 to hold it together, and as a support. Drilled a hole in each upright for a 478mm length of 12mm Tas Oak dowel, then applied undercoat and two top coats of white enamel. Two mounting screws through the 42 x 19, and there 'tis.

    I'll be right...

Simple and easy, if only all of life could be the same.
    Good job

I like the idea of the hanger for the squirters.

Consider it pinched... well... eventually. Once I get around to doing a similar job in my HoneyDo list, a year or three from now.
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.
