Default Wanted - Manual for Ryobi DP263 Drill Press

Does anyone please have a copy of the manual for a Ryobi DP263 pedestal drill press that they can email to me ?

I used my UN and PW to get into the Ryobi Owner's site. They have no record of a manual for a DP263. Perhaps it's a clone from some other brand? Some toolco's do that.

No, it appears as though it is a discontinued product and they may not have the records on their website for discontinued products. I've emailed them to ask but was hoping someone on this forum might be able to help.

Many thanks Spokeshave, it's much appreciated. Just went to Bunnings and drew a blank there. I think the drill press is older than some of their staff.

Got the manual, thanks to Spokeshave, but it's pretty sparse in relation to maintenance and repair. Looks like it might be time for a new drill press, the runout on this one is now too much to ignore or allow for. Any suggestions ?

    Hi again Gomez,

Have a look at the link below. I know it's not a Ryobi but surely they all can't be that different in design.

If your thinking of updating anyway, might be worth having a bit of a play.

How to Remove and Replace a Drill Press Spindle : eReplacementParts.com

By the way, my drill had shocking run-out from new, up to 1mm. Pretty much unusable. Replaced the chuck and morse taper with better quality units (they cost 2/3rds the cost of the drill) and runout reduced to a much more usable level.

I was thinking the same thing. I can't do too much more damage to it by playing with it.
    Thanks for the link.

    Hi Steven

It has been a very long time since your post, but I was wondering if you could send me the PDF of the Ryobi DP263 drill press as well?
