Default Model T - Money Box

This is the third of these I've made.
Each time I've gained some new ways to do things. For example:

    • You can make a rear door way cheaper than the online metal option.
    • Attach the hinges and lock before you finally glue on the second side of the truck.
    • Go slow and take your time.
    • Clean all excess glue off before you stain the truck.
    • Contrasting wood colours look best.
    • Attach the key to something large to prevent tiny fingers dropping the key in the money slot.

The joy in making these is enormous but nothing like the joy of giving them to family as keep sakes.

    Cheers

When I was a kid we had a teenager living with us for awhile, he was car crazy and we built a model T car that could carry 6 kids inside. all out of plywood. Having a seniors moment and cant remember the correct title but similar to soapbox derby things.
but get that thing rolling down hill with 6 kids was crazy fun / bloody stupid / mad / idiotic /

We had a long downhill driveway and other kids would stand at bottom and wave/ yell when road was clear....even more exciting when one of those made a mistake. Local police officer used to join us....after we plowed into his MK 1 Ford Zepher one time.
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds
