Default Where to get narrow shelf runners.

I have recently become the owner or a new (to me) dsek, with a slide out key board shelf. The runners are b%^&&#*#@, and were pretty flimsy to start with. Where can I get new ones? They need to be only as wide as the shelf. 19 mm. Have looked in hafele cattledog and theirs seem to come from undernieth. Any other ideas?

I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Maybe a normal draw runner would work.
