Opportunity to learn from a Master
I hope this post is OK with the mods.
I am pleased to announced that my mate, Alan Williams will be with me at the Sydney Woodshow.
While I will be demonstrating turning on the Trend Timbers stand, Alan will be there wowing all with his prowess on the bandsaw.
For those who do not know Alan, he is renown as the world's best Bandsawn Box maker, but his knowledge and skill in working with wood is awesome. I know I have learned so much from Alan over the last few years, not just to do with making his signature boxes, but sharpening, tuning, reading the timber, shortcuts and lots more that I have put into practice throughout my woodworking.
If you are heading to the Sydney show, make sure you take some time to have a chat to us both.
If you want to have an awesome few days, there are still a couple of spots left in Alan's next workshop at Artisans On The Hill. It is a 3 day workshop where Alan will part with all his secrets to producing the best bandsawn boxes in the world. Feel free to contact me if you would like more info.
Let me know if you are coming to the show in Sydney.
Cheers
