Panel saw blade recommendations
Hi
I have just purchased second hand Robland Z320 panel saw and I'm looking for so,e recommendations for a quality combination blade for it. Mostly I will be cutting 50mm thick hardwoods for table tops and that sort of thing. I was considering the Freud blades and also diablo. Any information would be greatly appreciated and also where then blades can be purchased.
Cheers
Dan

I highly recommend Leuco blades; they're not cheap, but they are very nice

I have a 10" blade fitted to my panelsaw at the moment, It is a CMT blade from Carbatec, they have a wide range of blades available. I do not see much of a difference in cutting using the 10" blade compared to the 12" blades I have used. They are cheaper generally too, and if you are cutting 50mm stock, the depth of cut lost will not be an issue.

Hi Elan
I have had a look at the Leuco blades however on their website I'm struggling to find a specific combination blade. Any suggestions from there range?

I think the online store only has the most commonly sold ones, you might need to get in touch with them directly to find something more suitable.

I have tried CMT and now will always use Leuco. It’s fractionally more but you will be pleased.
