It was for those reasons that I set up this drawer full of screws some years back. What you can see is more or less what I use fairly regularly, and all the old Philips head and other stuff is at the back of the drawer.

Mind you, buying Robertson screws these days can be "challenging", shall we say.

The thing I like most about them is that they seem to be thinner than many other screws of the same length (at least up to and including 50mm), so you can often get away without pre-drilling and they still won't split

Yeah.
That's why it's challenging.
Last four orders all had mistakes.
One order had to be delivered three times before it was correct.
Never ever do they answer the phone in my last 12 months experience.
6g Lube screws? 2 or 3 sizes to choose from now.
