Hi Everyone.

I am being slack here hence my name. I am going to build a timber verandah with a bull nose on the front of the house I am renovating. I need a bit of info on how? Mostly plans on how to do the joints and drawings for council.

Kinda hoping someone has already done this and will save me all the drawing. I live in Perth.

The verandah will be 2 metres deep and 10 wide with a timber balustrade.

Hope some can help. I dont mind paying for drawings on similar plan with specifications that will be passed by council.
