    Default New project

    Hey guys
    Im planning out a new project and i need some aluminum t track [_] like that i think it t track but i want it to have a fair bit of a lip either side so i can use it for clamping my fence etc.. where should i look I've tried bunnings and two other wood "junk shops" and i cant find it is the such thing?

    or sail track from Capral Aluminium in canterbury rd Bayswater NTH, not far from you. Use coach bolts to slide in the track.
    If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

    jeese thanks for the quick replies guys very handy actually im going to a place on canterbury road tomorrow thats really handy! can you give me a size a that would work good on a fence? It needs to be pretty sturdy though, oh and roughly how much a metre is it?

    I think their sail track is just one size. It's about 20mm wide. But as has been said, give Grahame a call at Woodwork Supplies. He'll have some in stock (it's better than the sail track) and he'll have the sliding stops for it too.
