I had a look at it a couple of weeks ago, the black formply not their brown one, and at my local bunnings it was not flat at all. I wanted to make a sled for a table saw for a one time use thing and it needed to be completely flat so was not suitable. Ended up just using melamine

Don't expect ANY plywood to be flat or to stay flat, especially if it's softwood. It might be a manufactured product, but the layers are still solid timber and they will behave like it. Sometimes you'll get lucky, sometimes you won't.
