RACAL respirator parts
Hi, I have a RACAL powered respirator that is in need of some filters and an new power pack. Is there a local supplier - I have not been able to find anything on the net.

Woodlens, Carba Tec used to handle spares for them, been a long time since I have bought any spares, be prepared for a rude shock on prices. I don't have a current Carba Tec cattle dog so I can't check.
Cheers

Thanks
Thanks for the help. AS advised Blackwoods do have them as do Protector. 3M now list the as AIRSTREAM respirators. You were right about the prices - A battery and charger is about $550!!. I will make my own but the filters are available which is the main thing. Thanks again, Scott.

Hi Scott, I may be able to help you out, I am sure I have a spare charger hidden somewhere in the shed. I will have a ferret around tomorrow and let you know.
Cheers

I just bought the Trend airstream on the cheap because the torque washers that allow the face screen to be locked in the up position are broken. They should be an easily replacable part as it took me all of 2mins to remove. I would rather replace them than try to repair them but i can't find a spare parts supplier anywhere.
