    Default Small re sawing job, Melbourne

    hi Guys,
    I have a slab partly dress of African Mahogany 1600mm x 600mm & 35mm thick that I am looking to get machined into smaller planks suitable for box making, hoping to get some 150mm & 200mm wide planks.

    Anyone here interested, please also let me know what cost I am looking at
    i can deliver, and i am based in Frankston Area

    You can cut that with a hand held power saw.

    Pagie, I think Tonycrh wants more than just ripping the 600mm wide down to about 200's. I think he wants the resulting 200 x 35's resawn down to probably two or three thinner boards each for box making.

    It says he wants 150 and 200 wide planks. Boxes can be any size.

    sorry guys i didnt make all the sizes clear, Doug you are correct i would be looking for planks at a thickness of 10-12mm

    I can Resaw and machine but I'm in Warburton which is a bit of a hike, can do it while you wait
