Removing vanity drawer - undermount metal slide
Hi all
We're having trouble removing the drawer from our new wall-mounted vanity. It has no latch that we can find, nor is there a removable screw. We don't remember the brand of the vanity or where we purchased it from (purchased 2 years ago from Melbourne and box long since destroyed). We've researched online and can't find any undermount drawer slides that look like the ones on this cabinet.
The photo attached is taken from underneath the drawer pulled out.
Any advice on how to remove the drawer would be appreciated.
Thanks
SFitzy

Ideally more images of the draw slide would be helpful.
My first thought is both slides have a catch. Extend the draw out fully then with your fingers you might feel the catch. One side you push up, the other down and at the same time pull draw out.
Good Luck.

Some undermount runners have built-in locking mechanisms, if there's no obvious release latch, a sharp pull up and out will usually pop it out.

This is definitely a thing for some systems.

Pull the drawer all the way out, lift the front up and pull drawer towards you.

I've managed to get more photos of the inside of the drawer - any ideas?

Looking at those last two pics, you can see a little "hook" that fits into the back on the drawer, so once the drawer is released from its fixing it will need to slide forward to remove it.
On your first photo, there are two pieces coming out of the side of the drawer runner. One on each side. One looks like a grey plastic piece, and the other could be some sort of round metal "wire". These could just be there to engage the soft close mechanism, but do they somehow hold the drawer in place? Give them a wiggle and push to see if they move.
Other than that, there seems to be something in the middle of the plate that comes off the side of the runner. It could be a pin that inserts into the bottom of the drawer.
I would try to lift the drawer up at the front, then slide it forward to release it from the hooks at the back.

Just lift it up and out, there are no release catches in any of those pics.

That does look like the drawer carcass lifts off the runner hardware and all the hardware remains attached to the vanity wall. Can you lightly lever the drawer carcass off the slide hardware?
