Rimu timber
Oh hell Ive fallen in love again, flew across the ditch to spend time with the old (98) father, and all the bros have this timber on their floors. It looks stunningly beautiful (to me )
suggestions please where I might liberate a few $$ from the encampment of my wallet and arrange the release of this timber. Preferably South Oz, or Victoria. pleaseI would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

A few years ago I would have said AFT, but they shut up shop. Maybe someone knows who (if anyone) took over their leftover stock?

Contact a source supplier mill in NZ and ask who ships to Oz for them and follow up
The person who never made a mistake never made anything

I believe Get Woodworking in Williamstown Vic has some of the timber or is associated with someone who has the timber from AFT.

Rimu in Sydney
The floor under me as I’m having breakfast is Rimu.
We have a house in Concord built in 1928.
Grahame Priddle was staying with us in2000? for the first Mittagong collaboration and he identified it.
When we modded the house in 97 we clad the new bit in Crows Ash with a Jarrah dividing strip.
Grahame gave us this Rimu bowl as a thank you.
