I don't think this is a problem. If you want to be sure, you will need to get in touch with Norwegian customs or thier quarantine agency. Australia has very tough quarantine regulations and you can send wood products to Australia from other countries. However you MUST declare it.
I'd do a search for Norway Customs and/or quarantine in google.
This topic has been discussed several times before but not specifically sending wood products to Norway.

hi paul,
the things that ive heard is that if your items are sealed ,varnished ,shellac or what ever there isnt a problem.
if there not then they (customs) may micowave them to debug the wood!
customs will let you know.

Contact the Aust Quarantine Inspection Agency (AQIS) and ask them. They should have info on exporting stuff to most different countries. Ring the brisbane office or look at AQIS.gov.au.
There is a database that has info on exporting to all different countries. The database is called phyto and you can search by country (see http://www.daff.gov.au/content/outpu...ntType=outputs ).
