    Default theloveofwood - major upgrade

Over the last week or so I've done a major upgrade of my blog.

    New Features
    • Blog Roll - incorporates RSS feeds from several blogs I follow. (will add matt's basement workshop, but they his site is blocked at work, so can't get the rss link. lol.)
    • New Layout - I've cleaned up the main layout, this included a change from 2 to 3 coloumns
    • Cleaning up - a general tidying of images and fonts.
Let me know if you have any suggestion on how to improve it or things you want included.

    Cheers
    Dan

I hope he doesn't mind me putting pictures on the net. But it's a bit of free advertising for him.

What's he after? a blog? I could make him somthing... there's some cedar I need for my next project.

The blog is fairly easy to run and maintain. It took a lot of fiddling in the code to get it looking how I want it. (more fiddling to go.)

A website is always a good idea for a business. It's the 21st centuries greeting card. Actually... sounds like a good project... i think we could come to some arrangement...

Your next project?? You would be lucky if you could finish that workbench before your newly born turns 18.

    Default website

I'll be up there over Easter and disuss with Mal.
You already have some photos and I have some as well and we can take more of the mill and some good logs, we would need to be able to add photos as new stock etc arrives, for example, there is a 1.2 metre wide camphor in Double Bay coming out as the roots are causing problems with drains and we could get some photos there.
A blog may be a bridge too far at this stage, just a simple website.somewhere where he can promote his stock and operation to a developing market....a deal could be arranged with red cedar I'm sure.....

Wongo.... Glad to see you back. You went very quiet there for a while.
You already have half 'my' timber stock in your garage, and have used quite a lot of Mal's timber so we could use some photos of your work as well as Dan's in this project (and Claw Hamma and......!)

    Regards

    Greg
