what sized timber or just a general price per cube then you will have to add labour costs for miling.

where abouts? the further form a mill you are the more it will cost.

i would not ask for red mahogany as you will get charged more than if you ask for red stringybark whitch is the same timber (methinks).

Between $2000 and $5000 per cubic metre.

See the commercial from Mal at Boutique Timbers.
He's up your way near Port Macquarie. Call him for prices.

Weisy was right, actually. E. Resinifera is also known as red stringybark. Possibly my favourite eucalypt timber.

Red Stringybark Euc macrorhyncha. Wood: Sapwood pale brown up to 5cm wide, susceptible to attack by Lyctus borers; heartwood light pink-brown, moderately fine textured , grain often interlocked, slow to dry, moderately durable; density about 900kg m3

Red Mahogany Euc resinifera. Wood: Sapwood pale red, susceptible to attack by Lyctus boreres; heartwood dark red, moderately coarse texured, grain some-what interlocked, easy to work, finishes well, durable; density about 960kg m3.

Seems to me to be two different timbers, apparently known by the same name in some parts of Oz, no wonder we get confused.
