Definitely - I just drew up the plan for my own version. Because of my back condition, I already have procedures in place for handling sheet goods but always on the lookout for better ways of doing things.
I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

I rest the sheet over the windscreen surround and over the roll bar behind the driver on my 1969 Fiat x19 sportscar. $3000 worth.
Tie the rope under the car. Drive slow.
Never been pulled up by the cops.
Get weird looks from other cars and comments about my "roof".
Bunnings checker on the exit said " Now I have seen everything".
Just tie it onto your rook with some padding.
Be careful not to tie your doors closed or you will be doing a Mr Bean.

I just read the previous edition and it reminded me of a bloke who drove a Fiat 500 (little car). every couple of weeks he would come into the timber yard and buy one sheet of 1800 X 900 X 5mm ply and take it home by putting the sheet on the roof and holding on to it with his right hand. Yep its a true story
    Just do it!

    Kind regards Rod
