one of these, whatever they are
What I am wanting possibly doesnt exist. but here goes.
I want an adjustable pipe type thing.
the horizontal would be typical towel rail but thicker
the vertical would either hang from the top one or slide along both
then the smaller piece would be fully adjustable up/down the vertical pipe but also in out out.
over all 800mm long x 300mm high and about 150m back & forward.
It wont carry a lot of weight but would need to clamp tight. prefer plastic but metal would be OK>I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

You could use a disabled/elderly grab rail top and bottom,

then a vertical bar with two plywood split circle clamps to connect to grab rails.
Looks like a 2 directional holder for a vacuum port

well who is a clever boy. Not to everyones taste but when having confined space this will work.
2 horizontal towel rails, 1 vertical with T pieces epoxy top & bottom (glides beautifully) another T piece adjusts up & down at present weight of bell mouth holds it in place, but a grub nut is standing by if needed. then the bell mouth can tilt vertically depending on size of piece in chuck. will have 1m of flexi pipe then fixed to rigid.
very happy.
opps not clever when pics dont go up.I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

Retail clothing displays use these systems.
They are sort of like a low-tech and smaller version of scaffolding. They use twist knobs and simple handles.
Myers and DJ's used them for many years.
