Wheels for siding doors
Does anyone know where I can get some good quality wheels for cabinet sliding doors? The doors are approximately 95cm (H) X 75cm (W) X 18mm thick. Ideally the whole mechanism is around 10-11 mm thick, so it is well within the thickness of the doors. Thanks.

Wongo, wire screen doors have cassettes in them that hold the wheel and they can be adjusted for height. I found these from Tony's link

Might find something here.
I used to be an engineer, I'm not an engineer any more, but on the really good days I can remember when I was.

I made some cabinet doors about the same size for the workshop - I used these from Bunnings (You can easily file off the little nubs at the top)
https://www.bunnings.com.au/rolltrak...oller_p3986158
Just route a slot in the bottom of the cabinet door.
For the track, I used yellow tongue (you can usually buy it in strips in Bunnings electrical section - used as fish tape - if you don't have any from old particle board flooring)
Route a groove along the bottom rail of the cabinet to get a good friction fit. Works better than aluminium track & costs peanuts. Gives a really low profile track!
(EDIT - here is the link for yellow tongue - https://www.bunnings.com.au/poly-eig...eeder_p4430566 )

Thanks NCArcher. I might pop into bunnings later to see if they have the flat wheels.
What I am want is metal wheels rolling on a piece of aluminium strip. That way it will not have issue with wear and tear for years to come.Visit my website at www.myFineWoodWork.com

This one requires a little bit of imagination and precision and I think it will work well.

Looks good. My only thought is what will control side play?

So your relying on the sides of the wheels running against the timber each side of the metal track to set the side play?
Once I enlarged pic 4 it looked clearer.

Correct. Sorry I wasn't sure what you meant by side play.
