Libraries Dennis,
your local or a larger city library.
whirlygigs would most likely be in the craft section 745.592 most toy and crafty type woodwork books are there, near macrami, flower arranging, etc.
More 'normal' type woodworking tends to be at 684.08
while there you can browse their online catteldog and see what other libraries have and order them in to your local.
thought I had one I could give the name of but cant seem to find it. Im sure searching under that word would find a few but lots of general toy books or animated toy books would have one or two in them too.
good luck.____________________________
