Woodshows??
Hello Forum Members,
I have been reading about the wood shows that are around the country(sounds like a good show to see!!) My nearest is 640km away in Brisvages. I would like to know are there hands on displays that I can try out hand tools and machines? What can I expect to see and are prices actually discounted?
Thanks.

The major tool and machinery retailers all attend the shows and generally bring a pretty comprehensive range of their stuff.
Generally there is not much of a discount on offer. You may be able to get a bargain on floor stock if you leave it 'till late in the afternoon of the last day.
The shows are also good places to buy timber. Especially the more exotic species.
