    I have a little folding stool that I use and a spare one for visitors.

    I used to spend most of my time in front of the lathe so standing most of the time. When tired I would take a tea break. I believe that being in the one position for a long period of time is not something that we should be doing. So even when sitting in front of a bench it is better to stop and walk around a little.
