Split Top
Well first drawing ever in sketchup and have to say I love the program, so easy to use its great. Just finishing up a structural drawing for a cooking area out the back on the decking and will post it up once I've finished for some input on any changes. done a couple others but this one will be my first big build just getting all the timber together and trying to build most of it from reclaimed tho I think this will be a long project Given the limited tools at hand.
Let me know what you think, keep in mind its not quiet finished

Nice work. Especially for your first SketchUp model.
"Folks say that if you listen real close at the height of the full moon, when the wind is blowin' off Nantucket Sound from the nor' east and the dogs are howlin' for no earthly reason, you can hear the awful screams of the crew of the "Ellie May," a sturdy whaler Captained by John McTavish; for it was on just such a night when the rum was flowin' and, Davey Jones be damned, big John brought his men on deck for the first of several screaming contests."
