80 series parking globe
anyone know how to get the parking light off the front of an 80 series cruiser?
I need to change the globe.
Ive taken a screw out of the top next to the headlight but cant find any other fixings but it wont come out.____________________________

You sure that it doesn't pull out from the back?
Most Toyota's have a twist and pull fitting in the back of the housing that the globe is mounted in.Cheers

You need to remove the screw next to the headlight as you have done, the parking light assembly then pulls forward out from the body.
The back of the assembly has a lug which pushes into a rubber grommet and may be sticky if it hasnt been removed in a long time, you could try the assembly on the other side and see if its easier to remove to get the idea of how it come out.
If still in trouble PM me and will send a copy of the page from the manual.
Dave.
