    Default The truck

Made a mistake last December, had a midlife crisis and bought a new Dodge 1 ton pickup with a 6" lift and 33" mudder's. I have already fallen out once, the next time I think I will trade it in and get one a little closer to the ground. I get a real good chuckle to myself when the wife tries to climb in.

    Nice truck!

Wow, 6" lift plus 33" mud tyres would give some height.

My wife complains about our (bog standard) Holden (Chevy) Colorado ute. If I went out and bought something like your Dodge it wouldn't be my mid-life crisis truck, it would be my end-of-life truck.

You need a set of those retractable steps you see on the RV's.....

Mightn't be super practical, but boy it looks good. Bet it's thirsty.

Looks great, but I would not like to clean the windshield or roof. I just would not reach without a ladder.
Come to think of it, the wife probably needs a ladder to get in and out.

When we were last over your way we were loaned a Ram 1500 by my wife's bro whilst in Red Deer.
She found that hard going as she had only had a knee replacement a few months prior to us going.
The alternative was his 04 Porsche which was too low of course.
I put an extra handle on her side of our motor home so she was ok with that.
