Can't open email
I am unable to get to my email page, click on button to go and get oops can't find page message. Any suggestions for a technophobe.

I often get a problem when trying to open emails, I get a message "no internet connection"
Fortunately a dialogue box comes up with a trouble shooter that always fixes the problem
If that trouble shooter didn't come up, I don't know what I'd do.
