    Default pc freezing

    giday all got a konica minolta dimage z 20 , used to work fine but now whenever i plug it into the pc , the pc makes a buzzing sound and frezzes solid , ive got to turn it of to get it to work again . ive deleted the program and started again but still no good ??

    Have you tried using a different cable to connect the camera?

    Do you have any other usb devices you can plug in? - to determine if it's the camera that is causing the fault or your PC.

    If it turns out to be your PC, have you tried plugging it into a different usb port? - it's not uncommon for usb ports to fail.

    Or if you have other devices plugged in there may not be enough power left for the camera, try un-plugging all your usb devices (except keyboard and mouse).
