Thread: Thumbnails on Tablet

You need to tell us what app you use to access the forum plus what type of tablet.

Hi dabbler - I'm using Google chrome , The tablet is Telstra T/hub 2 Android version 4.0.4. Hope this helps.

Okay. Chrome is just a web browser, so there is nothing super complicated.

It makes little difference whether you are using a tablet or not when you are using a browser.

I think you may have miss understood. I am unable to open attached thumbnails don't know how to.

Which thread and how are you trying to open the thumb nails?

Any thread with thumbs. I tried touching on the attached thumbnails wording , other than that I have no idea how to open on tablet.

OK, I'll try to explain, although it is so simple that I fear I don't understand your problem.

Here goes:

First here is a post with thumbnails on my Android Tablet

I then TAP on the first photo and get this screen

I then TAP on Next and get this screen

I then TAP on Close and I am back where I started

Now, I use Firefox, but that shouldn't make any difference.

Yes if the thumbnails are there mine works as yours. It is when the post has a paperclip with wording thumbnails attached. How to open that attachment?

You could have saved both of us a good deal of time if you had given me that link when I first asked for a link!

The paperclip and the words Attached Thumbnails is simply the heading for the box that contains 2 Attached Thumbnails, ie 2 photos as thumbnails.

Clicking or tapping on it will do what you discovered, nothing, it is just a heading or title for the box.

But if you click or tap on the photos they will show as bigger photos.

Just checked on my computor thumbnails show up but Not on tablet
