Default Chris Stott demonstration

The Woodturners of the Hunter (WTOH) will be hosting a woodturning demonstration by CHRIS STOTT, a well-known international turner from England/Spain on Saturday 31st of March.
This is an event not to be missed.

We hope to see many members from neighbouring clubs. The price is very reasonable for a world-class turner due to our focus on education.

Venue: WOTH clubhouse in Newcastle Showground.
Travel: Ample parking or just a short walk from Broadmeadow railway station.
Start Time: 8.30 am.
Cost: $40 for the day ($35 to WOTH members). This includes finger-food lunch, tea, coffee and biscuits.
Further details to follow, or you can pm me for information on how to book and pay. Information will be sent to individual clubs within a reasonable distance and also posted on our website Woodturners of the Hunter: Woodturners of the Hunter

Cheers,
Paul (WOTH)

Default Chris Stott Demonstration

LAST CHANCE TO SEE CHRIS STOTT

Chris will NOT be coming to Australia again. He has retired so this is your last chance to see him. Fresh from a terrific demonstration at Turnfest 2012 he is looking forward to promoting woodturning in the Newcastle area.

Many of you will have heard of Bonnie Klein, who credits Chris Stott as her inspiration for turning boxes. He was also one of the first to turn natural-edged vessels.

A few places still remain so if you would like to attend call Paul on 49964091 and leave a message with a return phone number (preferably land-line) or send a pm through the forum.
