Want to make some furniture in Mordialloc and make some money.
Anyone close to Mordialloc whos interested in some contract work after the easter break.
At this stage at least 4 - 5 months worth. I have way to much work and carnt keep up. Anyone interested just give me a hoy and we`l talk.
If you dont have trade qualifications thats ok, but a good broad knowledge of general furniture making and the ability to think for yourself is prefered, and you will be encouraged to add your own creative artistic flair into the items you make.

Just bumping this up.
It will be ongoing contract piece workin a very easy going workshop.
Mainly tables (and extension tables) chairs and workbenches with a splattering of entertainment units and various other strange stuff.
You dont need to bee a tradie but a good broad knowledge base and the ability to think for yourself is a must
Give me a PM if interested

It is a long way for Harry, Ding and Rocker, but the best part of it for me is its only 5 minutes from the beach and bottle shop

I would dearly love to spend 5 months alongside you building furniture Terry, but reality gets in the way. Marvellous opportunity.

Yep a long way from Japan. but Den, you could commute on the ferry
I m still having trouble finding someone and i dont want to advertise in the paper yet. It appears most of the forum members are already working It would be perfect for the serious hobby based woodie wanting to get into furniture making for a living and learn some new skills like chair making, which is great fun
