Maz here. I am trying to get a copy of Mark Thomsons book, Rare Trades for Mik for Xmas. Lets hope he doesn't see this message. lol. I live in SA. Anyone know where I can get a copy.

As you probably already know, Mark comes from Adelaide so why not contact him? He's a very approachable bloke.
