Hi, for those of you from the East, Guildford Town hall is less than 20 minutes from the Perth domestic airport, five minutes walk from the railway station and if you're driving you should probably be on the road by now.
    See youse there.
    Geoff.

    Hi all,
The sale went quite well though not earth shaking we thought patronage was a bit down. I had a sales table for the first time and managed to sell two or three braces and a dozen or so auger bits. Also had a nice catch up with BobL.
A couple of photos of the initial setout and some of the tools.
We are going to try to make the Guildford town hall our permanent sales venue.
    See you there next year.
    Cheers,
    Geoff.

    Good to catch up Geoff.
I really like the venue and thought there was a good turn up for 8am with a good selection of tools on display.
Sorry I couldn't stay for too long, I had my dogs in the car and can't leave them for too long.
    Next year - no dogs

Smart move Bob. Or maybe not, there isn't an ATM anywhere close by is there? Plenty of potential for trouble if there is.

    Hi Geoff

I am sorry I missed out - with the long weekend, and neck deep in building a kitchen, it was a choice between nipping off to Derek Doak (The Timber Bloke) for more timber. The drive out would have been great, and I may have even enticed my wife with the promise of a few chisels ... uh .. brunch. Next time!

    Regards from Perth

That's a good point Aldav about availability of an ATM in the vicinity I'll have to check. One chap bought five auger bits for $15 and paid me with a $100 note. Derek there are some cafes nearby that you may be able to lure Mrs Cohen to with the promise of eating out "oh look what a surprise here's a tool sale on next door!"
