I have received the following email from my music group, and suggest that anyone in the Blue Mountains knowing anyone who is interested in learning the piano, or who is an advanced student wishing to develop further, to contact David

From: David McKay
Subject: Starting in a New Town

We have moved back to Blaxland in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales after 13 years. I have been teaching at Mitchell Conservatorium in Bathurst for that period.

I have retired, in order to access super funds needed for us to make the move, but we will need to work to make up the shortfall between my little pension and the cost of living.

I hope to share our adventures in getting known and starting up again.

So far I have created a name for our business, which is Blaxland Piano Pathways, and have a Facebook page up and running, and a weekly ad in the local paper.

We have joined our local Anglican Church and will get involved in other community activities which we hope will help people to remember us, or get to know us for the first time.

I have taught piano since I was 16, and don't want to stop now. Can't afford to, either!
