Greg
Will you have internet or phone bidding?
Is there a reserve?
What are the arrangements for payment?
How long do we have for removal after the auction?
Will the lots be idential or mixed timbers?

auction
Phone bidding or offers on lots up to a maximum by arrangement will be fine.
There will be reserves on some but other lots will have no reserve, the lot list will show details when ready
The auction is 5km from the farm so we can bring back lots here for late collection, but we expect collections all weekend and Mal will also be doing some delivering.
We are testing eftpos, but the phone connection may be weak, so cash, cheque or DD payment later by people we know such as yourself will be OK, or COD if Mal delivers to Sydney for anyone.
We are handling the payment and auction ourself, not an auctioneer, though we will be using their' 'voice' services.....
I'll put up the lot lot list early next week and put an announcement here how it can be downloaded, PM me your email address and I'll send you a copy.
Around 300 lots Some bulk lots 1 cube +, a lot of hobby packs and single slabs and small board quantities, no mixed lots
I'll put a list of timber types once we have it all arranged
Hope this helps.
