    Default Tool sale Sydney Dec 3rd.

    The Traditional Tools Group is having its ‘Members and Friends’ end of year sale. DEC 3rd.
    You are all invited.
    The club has decided to clear out its storage unit so there will be heaps of bargains on a huge variety of tools.
    Members can also have a table to sell off any doubles etc from their tool collections.
    There is sure to be some nice planes here.
    I personally will have a Chaplin’s Patent and a Stanley 194.
    A few new Oz made Morse taper drills, some boring bars and misc other machinists kit.
    9:30 start. $5 in the door.
    At Brush Farm House Eastwood.

    Here’s a couple of planes I’ll be selling on the day.
    Chaplins Improved Patent No1207 with a corrugated base.
    Stanley 193 complete in very nice condition.

    Mainly club members as usual.
    I sold more than I bought.
    TTTG sold off a bit of stuff.

    It was a good tool sale. Plenty of quality stuff up for grabs.
    I had to show considerable restraint

    Henry, I will certainly enjoy the bargain No. 40 scrub plane you sold me, thanks. Once I craft a lever-cap, that is. I'll probably use some brass or steel stock afterall.

    One day I should join the TTTG methinks...
