My new New website
Hey folks, my 44 year old son just moved in (mooch is a better word) after his mother and her husband tossed him out of their place. One thing he's good at is doing things on the computer. He said he could build me a web site for my tools I've invented and am trying to get some exposure and possibly sales on. I know there won't be any of you guys in Australia that would be buying them because of the money exchange and postage to get them there, but nothing is stopping me from showing them. Anyway, he made up the web site pretty quickly, and it's up and running. WoodTurners WorkHolding Solutions | United States | WoodTurning Tools ............. Jerry (in Tucson)

I don't know why. It's legitimate. Treecycle got there, and I certainly hope he doesn't have any issues.
Years ago, I started an ebay account, and within 30 minutes of establishing the account, I was selling boats, from South Africa. Don't ask how that happened as I'm in the US, and what I was going to try and sell was knock down wood benches. I gave up, and haven't pursued it any more. I'm going to stick with this website because I have way too much invested in a patent, materials, and labor and domain to quit now.
Try the link again, and see what happens. I went in last night and made a couple revisions because of an error I made the day before. Everything should be good to go today. ......... Jerry (in Tucson)

Tried it this morning at home and it opened without problems again. Yesterday it was at work and if there were any problems with the website it certainly wouldn't have gone it as they have lots of filters etc for external sites.

Site is fine for me - Latest Opera Browser - Rating adviser is neutral - Latest internet security and site monitors are all clear.

That looks more like a advert / scare alert of some kind for a VPN service - unless you are running a "good" VPN service all your connections are normally not private.
As far as security certificate goes - I got no reports of an issue with the site certificate.
Strange.

I guess it was just my work's over-zealous/nervous network filters. They are the national broadcaster afterall...
Thought I was being helpful; hope I didn't scare anyone away!
Cheers,
V

No not at all, it's good to hear about warnings that some sensitive browsers/systems report, looking further into it, it appears yours didn't like the the security level and signing of the cert, makes us all aware to be on the look out. I quite often get warning about this but the site usually turns out to be 100% ok.

If anyone in Melbourne and surrounds would like to feel and see Jerry's Tail Stock Steady in action let me know so that we can meet up as I have one of them.
I reckon that they are fantastic for holding bowls to remove the tenon. I know that they are not cheap but they are very well engineered and worth the money.

I would like to thank you guys that have backed me up on the validity of my site.
If anyone in Melborne would like to see the real McCoy, take Peter up on his invitation, and maybe even get to try it out. Thanks for the kind words, Pete........... Jerry (in Tucson)
