Default Workshop expansion, spaces to rent

Splinter Workshop has just moved (to Marrickville from St Peters) and we are expanding our membership.
We are currently 9 members, looking for a 10th, with the potential of three more spaces on top of that depending on how we configure the remaining space. We have excellent road access from both the street and to the inside of the space. Splinter is well equipped with all machinery required for cabinetry and furniture making and all members participate in the maintenance of the machinery and of the space.
Splinter has a full time school running across three of its spaces and several members of the group teach in the school while maintaining their own practices.
Please contact me via email on [email protected] if you would like to find out about price and bond.
    Brendan

Great news that you may be able to expand your membership.

When i studied at Sturt, Tom spoke fondly of the fact that a Co Op was established by his former students, making a living making Fine Furniture isn't the easiest job in the world, nor the best paying.

A Co Op, such as Splinter Workshop in Brisbane would be a fantastic idea.
