Ok a very longtime weeks since any posts

I'm just giving this a kick like road kill on the side of the road to make sure it's really dead.
Before pushing it further into the abyss of the net

(Chris because your nice and because you let me use your CBN wheel on your grinder I see if Sally, if this goes ahead can take 1/2 a micron off your entry but keep it to yourself [emoji849])

I'm still waiting to see if it picks up some momentum, for a while I thought it was resembling un loved road kill.
So as of now ,no date set but you never know, if it gets up and running we can set a date and location.

    Cheers Matt

    Hi Matt

I have my first two entries, both x-cuts in construction "pine"
    Japanese saw -- 1.34, 1.20, 1.18, 1.23 mm
    Western saw -- 1.08, 1.38, 1.20, 1.32 mm

both referenced from the previous sawn face -- i.e. the end wasn't shot before each attempt.

photos after I get some batteries for the digital verniers
    regards from Alberta, Canada

    Ian,
    Your the un disputed winner.
I thank you kindly for your contribution here. But the sad thing is I haven't seen any real action here.
I suppose not everyone can have the same amount of interest has my self and you.
Which I can understand I have nieces who go absolutely mad for cheap make up.
Me I don't care much for makeup full stop.[emoji12]

A 1.08 mm is a pretty fine effort in my book

    Cheers Matt
