Tea Suggestion - Add Ginger
Just for those that enjoy drinking regular tea, I might suggest adding some freshly chopped up ginger. It gives the tea a very slight spice.
I will also add that you can also purchase ginger tea which comes in regular tea bags but personally I have not found one that has the same effect as the fresh ginger.

Try "Tetleys" ginger tea from an Asian shop that specialises in Indian foods.
Chinese foodstores often stock a ginger drink, it's really strong but heavily sweetened. I love it but have to limit myself to only one cup every couple of days at the most because of the high sugar content.

My mum used to add a few grains if salt to instant coffee to take the bitterness out of it and it works.
