Trev,
The machinery photos are absolutely fantastic, Cathie's uncle worked at the Thompson Foundry in Castlemaine.
Great photos and appears like you had a really enjoyable day

Love those photos Trev. There is so much to photograph in Tassie that appeals to so many.
I seem to remember seeing advertising for a tin mine to tour when I was over there some time back but I assume this is not the one, or maybe it is and has just gone downhill since then and is no longer an attraction.
It's amazing when you look at that water wheel and see how big it is, and all made from wood. Such skill was to be had. I wonder if the photo was taken as they were building it as there is a guy on the platform near the top with a saw in his hand.Dallas

There's two blue wrens that seem to stay together and not be involved with others.
I'm starting to think they maybe the definition of love birds!.

Love the photo's Peter, really nice shots!.
Feel free to post them on the thread, I like seeing what others are doing.
I had a very slow day down here.
More to the point there's now a kitten in the house who thought it would be great fun to walk across my computer keyboard.
Tayne's sorted most of the "Catastrophe" but we're still trying to find some files.
But at least my computer's up and running again.
Your photo of the duck got me thinking if I had many of them.
I found a few in the back "Catalogue" (Sorry had to go there again)

I'm saying the first two shots are somewhat Duckesk!
Cheers mate

I was going to ask for note but see youve come in.
Did my 06:30 roll call and you weren't here. I see ducking in by the water course would have taken a bit of extra time
