What top birthday surprize...Early morning over the Hawkesbury!!

It was well worth the early morning start...

We only traveled about 6kms in the nearly 1 hour flight...taking off from South Windsor [netball courts], skirting the eastern side of RAAF Richmond and landing in a turf farm at Freemans Reach...

The morning fog cleared to the south as we flew to the north...

The sunrise across the cloud and fog was magnificent....

Great array of shots there Peter. Lots of variation in the landscape during that one hour flight and a lot of memories.
Well worth the early start. We must do it one day.
