Good call Silent, I was thinking of Fairport Convention after the folk clue but couldn't remember the name. Lindisfarne was a next best guess.

Yes Screaming Lord Sutch it is.
Founder of the Official Monster Raving Loony Party (currently 1,236 members)
Attempted to establish Radio Sutch on a WWII Maunsell fort off the coast of England but gave up on the idea. His manager eventually established Radio City, which lasted a few years. Incidentally, one of those forts has been the home of the Principality of Sealand since 1967.

Six piece band been around since the early 70's, still performing to this day
Only two members have been with the band since the start, and have had about 20 other members come and go along the way."Rotten to the Core"
