They're big files, and one is over 100Mb. I doubt that they would send in a message, and it's not fair to use the sites bandwidth to transfer them. I could upload them to a private hosting facility but that would take time. They are already on Youtube, but it only allows me to share them with selected friends, so you must be a member, and I must make you a friend, and I must release it specifically to you.
It's free to join, and I've just been using it in the past to keep track of my favourite vids. Lately I've been commenting more, and I've just uploaded a profile pic. It seems like it may be another good avenue to find friends in the music industry, so I'd just sign up if I were you. Quick and painless, and you can use a disposable free email account from gmail or hotmail if you want to stay anonymous. Bare in mind that Youtube can keep a record of your IP address unless you're concealing it, but I'm sure you won't be going there to make slanderous comments like many I've seen.
This footage I got yesterday is really good I reckon, but there's a lot of it to process, and I'm only a fraction of the way there.
Have a good one Mel
Edit: A moderator here suggested moving this thread to the 'Music' section. I started out simply talking about the technical and photographic aspects of the poster that I made, but it's taken a different direction now with all you Short Stack fans contributing.
The music section is much more appropriate, and feel free to start your own threads here on whatever you want.
PS. Perhaps someone will think it's a good idea to post the new 'Ladies And Gentlemen' music video as a thread of it's own, nudge nudge

Yeh, all good, but a search for you on Youtube comes up blank. The fan I've already friended came up in a search, but I can't find a way to search for members. Since you haven't said anything, try doing a search for " pawnhead10 ", and send me a message and a friend request.

OK I'll show you two guys then, but you must understand that you're not allowed to make any copies, and you're definitely not allowed to release it anywhere. You can watch it in your browser, make a comment, and revisit it. You can show it to your friends, but don't give away the address to anyone.
It's a private collection, and I can only show it to 25 friends. You have to be my friend, and I have to approve the video for release to you. I've released it to one fan, and you two will be 2 & 3.
I don't want this released, because apart from the fact that I'm still waiting for approval for use of the music, I've perfected my technique, and I think I've got some awesome footage today. It's downloading from my camera at the moment, and it's a long four step process to get it converted, edited, dubbed, saved, and uploaded. It's much improved on this junk you'll be watching I believe, and I've also got a lot more ideas to implement before releasing something I think may prove to be popular.
I'd like your opinions, so you can friend me on Youtube and send me a message. My handle is 'pawnhead10' and I'll friend anyone who asks, but I'll only show the vids to you two.
I'll wait for your message on Youtube then Mel & fSTACK
Cheers
apestackman
Edit: If you go to the host site of most of the videos that I've embedded in my myspace, you'll probably find an encouraging comment from me, as I rate it five stars, and make it a favourite. I'm encouraging good acts, and you're welcome to comment on my board. 52 Flicks have made me a friend and commented, after a comment I made on one of their clips. I didn't even realise that I had that space until recently, and there's one other dude who friended me a while back that I didn't know of either.

I have made one announcement, and linked to the page, but nobody has put their name down yet. One peson has made a comment, but hasn't given me any names for insertion. Read the caption under this pic on myspace:
Ape Stack Photo Gallery - Photo 7 of 14 by apestackman - MySpace Photos
I'll make another announcement there, and try to tidy things up by the end of next week. I'll make a list of names or handles, both here and at myspace. If you want your real first name to stay private then send me a message. I won't be inserting surnames, so I don't need that info.
Thaks for that message! 'You're so audio' princess =]
And thanks to everyone for making this thread so popular!
I'll release them to anyone who makes me a friend, but I can do much better than these first attempts. There's another one uploading now, but that also won't be made public.
My handle is 'pawnhead10' and here's a link to my account:
YouTube - pawnhead10's Channel
Here's the public vid I just released:
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHEunRss_sY"]YouTube - The Monster Goes Rawrr!! : All I Lose[/ame]
That one was a rush job as well, but I released it to promote the Manly Jazz Festival that's starting right now. I hope to be filming there.
I've opened a new account as 'apestackproductions', and I'll be using that for polished products.
Cheers =D
Edit: You may notice that I'm being a bit naughty; not wearing a helmet. I wasn't really going that fast, and heaps of people don't wear them there, families included. Riding on the actual Corso, but again, I passed quite a few riders before I started filming. And also having my dog off a lead, but he's a very friendly and inoffensive little thing. Kids love him, especially when they see him riding in the milk crate on the back of my bike. . I actually passed close to a couple of council rangers just before I started filming. They saw me, but said nothing, so they are pretty lax about these regulations, but I suppose I may be opening myself up to a fine by filming myself at it =O It wouldn't have the same effect with 'Rosco Stack' on a lead, but you should always wear a helmet.
Or in other words 'Don't try this at home'.

If you like my riding in that one, then wait till you see the one I've just uploaded. You'll probably think I'm a bit of a maniac, but it's not really that dangerous. I am getting better at this stuff, and I hope to get really good with a bit more practice at riding with no hands. In this one you'll see how I film some wide angle pan shots, and skate bowl action. I had a heavy load of shopping tied to the back of my bike though, and I'd do better with no load. It makes me pop wheelies going up hills when there's a load on the back. Especially when it gets up to about 40 kilos of hardware, with lengths of stuff taped to the centre bar, a bit like a javelin . (Edit: Remind me to tell you a funny story about Rosco, and a heavy load, and some cops I bumped into once. It was a bit freaky at the time, but it turned out to be a funny anecdote looking back at it now. )
This one won't go public either, but I may edit it down using the best bits for a single song, instead of an 8 minute double.
