An Experiment
I have a 54mm hole saw used almost solely for cutting door lock holes.
As it is fairly blunt I decided to try sharpening it with the Dremel. Passes
the touch test - ie. it feel sharp to the fingers. Will know today how good
the process was when I put the new lock in the office door!

I've done this a few times with a Dreme,l mainly for some of the popular sizes of saws at the mens shed where they tend to get a hammering.
Seems to work fine.
The other way I have sharpened these is with my thin kerf cutting wheel on a bench grinder setup.
Full face shield and light sidestrokes only of course, and I replace the standard 1mm thin wheel with a 2mm wheel.
This is much more aggressive than a Dremel but it does enables the gullets to be opened up at the same time.
