Chippy, I enjoyed reading your posts, and yeah, back and bevel go together of course.
It's just that there's lots on the forum on bevel work so I just wanted to keep this thread on back work.
As you'd know, when you rehab the back of a chisel or plane blade, that's a sh*tload more work than bevel alone and we poor saps who do it might need a quiet corner of our own ;-)Cheers, Ern
