    I have an edge pro, great tool but this thing looks like the next level up. Might have to trade in the edge pro!

    Your overestimation of my abilities is very flattering and your supposition of a 'bush" version is probably quite close, but for knives I think I will stick to hand sharpening.

    I think I got this one.
    Cuttingedgeknives
    But I added a super doopa fine hone as well.( It may be called the sapphire hone)
    Those were the droids I was looking for.

    For YouTube I'd need to waffle on for 25 mins before actually sharpening anything and I'm a man of few words.

    I think a good YouTube clip is no more than 8 minutes. Id say av of 4.5 mins is not to bad

    I'll take a smooth steel and a bench stone.

    I can do without "wranglerstar", too. Recommending people buy $300 work pants, and then throwing up a link to try to get a slice of it.

    Bought 3 cute little Chinese veg cleavers. Plan to start with a full sheet of 600 to tune them up.
    Forgot to mention = 16cm edges and slightly radiused as well. Plan 20 degrees total included bevels.
