Tool rest for grinder
Can anyone recommend a really good tool rest for my sharpening grinder?
I bought a secondhand Carbatec with white wheel and it came with a cheap Carbatec tool rest but it's rubbish.
I want something strong and adjustable.

I bought the Veritas from Carbatech. It is pricey but is easy to set and really stable.

I have a wider grinding wheel so I'm not sure it will fit in that slot. I guess I could cut the slot and make it wider.

I cut the veritas tool rest to fit the 40mm wheel , cut both sides to keep centred, very happy with new grinder, CBN wheel and tool rest, Rossco
