Not too sure about neg rake myself either.
They are mainly designed for crosscutting in mitre saws & esp. radial arms, wher they help reduce the tendency for the blade to "climb" into the cut.
Usually low tooth count blades in ripsaws have a pos. rake of 15-20 deg.Sycophant to nobody!

My wife is picking up a new blade for my SCMS from Peacock Saws here in Brisbane. I rang yesterday and wanted a 210 x 30 80t ......they had stock with 25 Arbor so they said they would machine the arbor to 30.
I have been very happy with their service....get all types of blades from them....Bandsaw, Circular...etc.
Here's a link.......Peacock Saws

Further to my previous post..........I fitted my new blade and it works perfectly. Very happy with Peacock Saws machining of the arbor.
The arbor increase only cost $5 + GST on top of the saw price.
They have 190 x 20 in 20t 40t & 80t so they should be able to machine those to 30mm arbor for you.
They would post to NSW.
