    Has anyone bought the new Black and Decker alligator Power loppers.

    dunno about them but they look interesting.

    todays mitre 10 catalogue has them on special for $149

    Just saw them in the online cattledog, be good for quick pruning without firing up the chainsaw but need about 4 long extension leads.
    18v would be nice (I use an 18v sabre saw at the moment for small jobs and it works well).
    Might consider buying one for SWMBO for Christmas
